Sound Design Recipe:

Mode: Unison-1, Low
Glide: ON very long 90%

Osc 1: Saw -3cents
Osc 2: Pulse 15% +2cents
Osc Mix: 60%/40%
Noise Mix: 10%

Filter: 2-Pole
Key Tracking: 100% (full semitone)
Resonance: ~50-85%
Cutoff: 0
Env Amount: ~+30%
Env Velocity: ~+10%

Filter ADSR
Attack: ~55%
Decay: ~75%
Sustain: ~70%
Release: ~60%

Amp ADSR
Attack: ~40%
Decay: ~80%
Sustain: ~60%
Release: ~60%

Effects:
Long Cathedral Reverb: 50% mix

Notes:
Add Vintage Voice Modeling / Per Voice Variance to oscillators, and ADR timings. This example patch also uses the synth in bi-timbral stack mode to double track the sound.
