Sound Design Recipe:

Osc 1: Square/Pulse ~70% Width
Osc 2: Saw +1 cent
Osc Mix: 60%/40%

Filter: 2-Pole
Key Tracking: 100%
Resonance: ~45%
Cutoff: 0
Env Amount: ~+20%

Filter ADSR
Attack: 0
Decay: ~60%
Sustain: ~20%
Release: ~55%

Amp ADSR
Attack: 0
Decay: 0
Sustain: 100%
Release: ~45%

LFO:
To Osc 1/2 Freq: 1%
Medium Tremelo ~5hz
Mod Wheel to Add Additional 25%

Effects:
Delay: very short, 35% feedback, 10% mix
Large Room/Cathedral Reverb at ~15% mix

Notes:
Add Vintage Voice Modeling / Per Voice Variance to oscillators, and ADR timings. This example patch also uses the synth in bi-timbral stack mode to get separate delay/reverb effect on the two layers.
